Upon full payment, clients receive rights to the final deliverables as specified in their project agreement. Codesel retains the right to display and link to completed projects as part of our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment terms are specified in each client's proposal or agreement. We typically require a deposit before beginning work, with remaining payments due at specific project milestones or upon completion.
Codesel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services in question.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material obligation and fails to remedy such breach within 30 days. Clients remain responsible for payment for all work completed prior to termination.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Codesel is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.
